PURPOSE: A device and a method for automatically inspecting a thickness and a drawing of vehicle parts are provided to enhance the reliability of vehicle parts by simply measuring a drawing of a separator. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically inspecting a thickness and a drawing of vehicle parts comprises guides(11), a fixing installation stand(20), a drawing measuring probe(30), a probe location controlling unit(40), a probe setting unit(50), a lifting unit(70), a measurement part supporting unit(80), and a supporting part setting unit(90). The guide is perpendicularly installed in a base(10) and the fixing installation stand is fixed on the top of the guide. The drawing measuring probe is installed on the fixing installation stand in a radical direction, thereby measuring the drawing of measurement parts being installed in a lower part. The probe location controlling unit horizontally transfers the drawing measuring probe. The probe setting unit is installed in the middle part of the fixing installation stand and controls the operation of the probe location controlling unit, thereby arranging the drawing measuring probe in the same circumference. A lifting installation stand is lifted by being joined to the guides. The lifting unit being installed in the base and connected to the lifting installation stand lifts the lifting installation stand at a predetermined distance along the guides.
