PURPOSE: A Microneedle therapy system having a music playing function is provided to remove fear about treatment for a user by playing music during a scalp treatment. CONSTITUTION: A Microneedle therapy system having a music playing function comprises a liquid chemical storage unit, a light source treatment part(30), a liquid chemical ball, a micrneddle therapy part(50), a vibration control part(60), a music playing part(70), and a display part(80). The liquid chemical storage unit is formed inside a needle part(10), and stores chemicals. The light source treatment part is formed on one side of the needle part. The liquid chemical ball is protruded from a middle part of one side of the needle part. The vibration control part controls a skin stimulating amount by controlling vibration intensity and vibration period of the microneedle therapy part. The music playing part forms in the needle part. The display part displays a state of the music playing part and the liquid chemical storage part.
