Celsius; The gensenoside Rh2 is produced by fermenting Pediococcus pentosacues LY-011(deposit number : KCCM11088P) at the culture medium including ginseng pre-processed at 70-100 deg. Celsius; and the rearing of the Pediococcus pentosacues LY-011(deposit number : KCCM11088P) is multiplied at the medium including the ginseng. The preprocessing temperature is 100 deg. Celsius.
