PURPOSE: A system for observing and displaying meteorological information is provided to self-generate power by installing a measuring unit and a displaying unit at the structure of solar light or wind power generating device. CONSTITUTION: A meteorological information measuring part(10) includes a sensor for measuring meteorological information. A first receiving and displaying part(20) wirelessly receives data from the meteorological information measuring part and displays the data at the external side of a building. A second receiving and displaying part(40) receives the data and displays the data at the internal side of the building. A data storing part(50) wirelessly receives and stores the data.
