SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PAYMENT BUS FARE

PURPOSE: A bus fare payment system and a method thereof are provided to reduce both boarding delay time and bus stopping time by paying for a bus fare in a bus stop beforehand. CONSTITUTION: A bus stop terminal(100) is installed in a bus stop. The bus stop terminal receives boarding information about a bus which a user boards. The bus stop terminal processes payment for a bus fare according to the boarding information beforehand and generates payment information. A central control server(200) stores the payment information by receiving the same. The central control server transmits the payment information to the bus which the user boards.
