PURPOSE: An electrode assembly for a secondary battery is provided to prevent internal short circuit of a secondary battery, to reduce defects of a secondary battery, to increase life time, and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: An electrode assembly for a secondary battery comprises: a positive electrode part(100) comprising a positive electrode active material region(100A), a positive electrode tap region(100B), and a positive electrode uncoated region(100C); a negative electrode part(200) comprising a negative electrode active material region(200A) facing the positive electrode active material region, a negative electrode tap region facing the positive electrode uncoated region, and a negative electrode uncoated region facing the negative electrode tap region; and a separation part(300) between the positive electrode part and the negative electrode part. The negative electrode part additionally comprises a negative electrode part insulating resin layer covering a negative electrode current collector facing the positive electrode uncoated region. |
