PURPOSE: A resonator for reducing noise in a broadband is provided to improve sound-absorbing performance in a broadband by a resonator and a sound-absorbing material and to simplify maintenance and repair by partially replacing a component. CONSTITUTION: A resonator for reducing noise in a broadband comprises a resonator(10), a sound-absorbing material holder(20), a sound-absorbing material(30), and a holder cover. A sealed cavity(11) in the inside of the resonator is formed and a joining hole connecting the exterior and the cavity is formed in one side. The sound-absorbing material fills a path of the sound-absorbing material holder and external noise flows in the inside of the cavity. The sound-absorbing material absorbs the noise while the noise passes through the sound-absorbing material holder. The holder cover is joined to an inlet(21) of the sound-absorbing holder, thereby protecting the sound-absorbing material and flowing the external noise into inside of the sound-absorbing material holder.
