PURPOSE: An ice and snow scraper is provided to minimize manpower and to rapidly and conveniently remove and treat ice and snow, thereby improving the efficiency of a snow removing work at maximum. CONSTITUTION: An ice and snow removing scraper is composed as follows. A grip part(11) is formed in the upper part of a stick(10). A metal blade(20) is coupled to the lower part of the stick. A cylindrical coupling hole is formed at the top of the metal blade to fit in the stick. The stick is fixed in the metal blade by a fixture(22) passing through the side of the coupling hole. A supporting point is formed in a curved surface of the metal blade to draw ice and snow clod as a lever principle.
