PURPOSE: A degradation compensation unit, a light emitting device therewith, and a degradation compensation method of the light emitting device are provided to compensate degradation of an organic light emitting element in a display panel. CONSTITUTION: A degradation compensation unit comprises a first operation unit(140), an accumulation and operation unit(150), an added value calculation unit(160), and a second operation unit(170). The first operation unit calculates the degradation time of each pixel. The accumulation and operation unit accumulates the degradation time of the pixels and calculates the accumulated degradation time of the pixels. The added value calculation unit outputs the accumulated degradation time of the pixels as a degradation compensation value of each pixel. The second operation unit calculates data of each pixel compensated based on the degradation compensation value.
