FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: distillation of initial material containing fluid to be distilled using gas tight system of tanks including evaporator, condenser and vapor lines communicating the former with the latter. Vapor in said lines contains minimum tolerable residual amount of extraneous gas. It results from pressure control and adjustment in the range approximated to saturated vapor pressure of fluid to be distilled. For this, it is necessary to monitor pressure and temperature in said vapor lines. In case pressure exceeds tolerances, it is decreased to remove extraneous gas.
