PURPOSE: A hydraulic motor device in a swash plate type is provided to improve the durability of a hydraulic motor by constantly maintaining the pressure applied to between an inclined plate and a shoe. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic motor device in a swash plate type comprises a driving shaft(102), a cylinder block(106), an inclined plate(108), a shoe(110), and a valve(130). The cylinder block comprises a plurality of pistons placed along a circumference of the driving shaft. The inclined plate is installed in a housing at a predetermined angle. The inclined plate comprises a fluid path(126). One side of the shoe contacts with the inclined plate, and the other side spherically contacts with the piston. The valve is installed in the hosing, and opens/closes the fluid path. |
