METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF AFFECTION OF MYOCARDIUM IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTION LUND DISEASE AND CHRONIC PANCREATITIS

A method for early diagnostics of affection of myocardium in patients with chronic obstructive lung disease and chronic pancreatitis is carried out through determination of the levels of cardiac markers. In peripheral blood content of C-reactive protein (CRP) is determined by latex quantitative method by means of a test-panel, and the level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is determined by method of solid phase immunoenzyme analysis. The affection of myocardium is diagnosed at content of CRP 6.22±6.28 – 36.77±12.84 mg/l and the level of TNF 24.2±1.5 – 91.6±40.11 pg/l.
