METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF MYOCARDIUM REMODELING IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION IN COMBINATION WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

Disclosed is a method for diagnostics of myocardium remodeling of in patients with hypertension in combination with diabetes mellitus through investigation of damages of the structure and function of myocardium of the left ventricle. Early diagnostics of those disorders is carried out through determination of the level of adipokin – visfatin and concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α in blood plasma with immunoenzyme method and if the level of visfatin is within 35.9±10.2 pg/ml, and concentration of TNF-α - within 32.0±2.5 pg/ml, one diagnoses signs of structural change of myocardium of left ventricle.
