THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF BRIDGE

PURPOSE: A drain system of a bridge is provided to prevent the generation of precipitates in the inside of a catch basin and a drain pipe and to easily remove foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A drain system of a bridge is composed like next. A guide plate(20) is arranged in an end projection(13) formed in a catch basin(10) of a bridge. A drain grating(30) is arranged in the upper part of the end projection where the guide plate is arranged. A screen is inserted into the central part of the guide plate. A cylindrical vortex prevention fixture is arranged in the upper part of the screen. A sound pressure generating drainpipe is inserted into a drain outlet being formed in the lower part of a catch basin.
