PURPOSE: An illumination apparatus for medical treatment with an auto-focus system is provided to improve surgical convenience by automatically controlling irradiation angles of the illumination apparatus arranged above a patient according to sensed signals. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(17) is combined with a back side of a housing in an illumination lamp(10). A distance sensing sensor measures a distance from a patient on an operating table and transmits the measured distance to a controller(40). The distance sensing sensor is connected to a step motor(50) so that the step motor rotates at a predetermined angle. The step motor is connected to a rotary shaft(60) which is vertically installed in the central part of a lighting assembly(20). A screw part(62) having a predetermined pitch is formed at the outer circumference of the rotary shaft. |
