A controlled X-ray source contains a charged particles beam source, a vacuum body, where a target to generate X-ray radiation is located, which is capable of rotation and provided with a cooling system; electrostatic lenses are installed on the output of charged particle source; X-ray optics is installed on the pass of X-ray radiation; the target is performed as at least one solid convector. In addition the following units are introduced: a radiation field generation unit, an analogue image shaping unit, a digit image shaping unit, a X-ray exposure meter with detectors, and a control unit connected to the source of charged particles beam, X-ray exposure meter and a unit of radiation field generation. The X-ray exposure meter with detectors is connected to detectors thereof installed in analogue, digital image shaping units and in the zone of object to be investigated. In the output of X-ray optics system the unit of radiation field generation is installed; digit and analogue image shaping units are installed behind the object to be investigated. |
