An apparatus for cultivation of cell cultures contains cylindrical hermetic tank with technological sockets and device for medium mixing located inside, comprising vertical stock with drive, installed in the axis of tank with ability of reciprocal moving in vertical plane, and the set of mixing elements, representing elastic thin membranes, located on radial support rests. The apparatus has horizontal position with filling level depending on case heights; equipped with connecting branches for supply of sterile air and removing of metabolites, and also contains cassette with ability of rotation and header with big specific surface area. |
