PURPOSE: A method and a kit for diagnosing aging and aging related diseases using isoelectric focusing and a biochip are provided to predict risks of cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases and metabolic diseases by simply analyzing transformed HDL(High Density Lipoprotein). CONSTITUTION: HDL is separated from plasma and refined. The transformation of the HDL is analyzed using an isoelectric focusing analysis and a micro-channel biochip or a lab-on-a-chip analysis. The HDL is HDL2 or HDL3. The isoelectric focusing analyze the transformation of the HDL using a microfluidic channel or computer simulation. The microfluidic channel is composed of polydimethylsiloxane.
