PURPOSE: A smart phone and a method thereof are provided to enable a customer to be issued with a recommended card by recommending a card which is additionally issued by a card company and related to a product or a member store to the customer. CONSTITUTION: A payment breakdown receiving unit(135) receives payment breakdown information approved for payment by using a card of a user. A keyword extracting unit(140) extracts one or more keywords from the payment breakdown information. A recommended card determining unit(145) determines information of a recommendation card additionally issued by a card company. If the payment breakdown information is outputted, a card issue inducing unit(150) induces the card corresponding to the recommendation card information to be additionally issued.
