PURPOSE: A zone lighting unit and a zone lighting system are provided to collect an image-pickup picture of a monitoring object entering into a predetermined range of a security object in the monitoring center device. CONSTITUTION: An LED illumination(110) is loaded in a body frame and illuminates a predetermined monitoring range. An ultrasonic sensor(120) is loaded in the body frame and detects a monitoring object entering into a predetermined range. A speaker unit outputs a warning signal to the predetermined range. A web camera(130) is loaded in the body frame and takes a photograph of the detected monitoring object. A data transmitter is loaded in the body frame and transmits an image-pickup picture of the monitoring object. A lighting control unit changes the lighting state of the LED illumination.
