PURPOSE: A lightweight shutter for preventing insects and crimes is provided to facilitate the maintenance work of a shutter member and to prevent foreign materials from flowing into an indoor space. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight shutter for preventing insects and crimes comprises a shutter box(100), guiderails(200), a shutter member(300), separation preventing brackets(400), and an insect cutoff unit(500). The shutter box has a winding drum(110), elastic coil springs(120), a rotary disk(130), and a power line(132). The elastic coil springs and the rotary disk control the rotation of the winding drum. The guiderails are extended from the left and right of the shutter box. The shutter member is vertically moved along the guiderails. The separation prevention brackets are installed on the left and right of the shutter member and prevent the shutter member from being separated from the guiderails. The insect cutoff unit is coupled to the bottom of the lowermost plate of the shutter member.
