FOG LAMP HOUSING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A fog lamp housing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize additional equipment costs since being used without separate mold development and manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A molded injection material is formed including polyethylene terephthalate 50-70 weight%, polybutylene 5-20 weight%, and talc 15-30 weight%. The exterior of the molded injection material is sprayed and painted by UV hardening paint. The molded injection material sprayed and painted is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. Aluminum is deposited on the injection material using vacuum deposition. The molded injection material is sprayed and painted by acryl paint.
