<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compact an entire length of a heating cooker after securing a transfer distance which allows the heat-cooking of food, and to uniformly and surely heat the food. <P>SOLUTION: A heating chamber 2 has a plurality of heating zones 2A to 2D for heating the food 10, the plurality of heating zones are linearly and communicatively aligned along the transfer direction, a position of the heating zone at an intermediate side located between the uppermost upstream-side heating zone and the lowermost downstream-side heating zone is set at a position which is higher or lower than the uppermost upstream-side heating zone and/or the lowermost downstream-side heating zone, a transfer part is arranged so as to be capable of transferring the food 10 along the transfer directions of the heating zones, and a nozzle has a first nozzle which is arranged so as to inject overheated steam from two directions sandwiching the food 10 which is transferred in each heating zone, and from a direction obliquely crossing the transfer directions, and a second nozzle which is arranged so as to inject the overheated steam from the two directions sandwiching the food 10, and from a direction obliquely crossing the transfer directions and obliquely crossing the injection direction of the overheated steam of the first nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
