<p>Disclosed are a method, device, and system for controlling UE to take measurements, the method comprising: an RNC notifies a UE to take ANR measurements, and instructs UE with an ANR threshold and that the UE is to use event reporting mode; the UE takes ANR measurements, and reports the measurement results that meet a pre-set condition regarding the ANR measurement threshold. The technical solution presented in the present invention solves the problem in the prior art of lack of specific procedure to control a UE to take and report ANR measurements, thereby acquiring the latest neighboring cell relations, ensuring continuity of user calls, and enhancing the quality of service to users.</p> |
