PURPOSE: A battery module is provided to improve reliability by strengthening a housing of the battery module, and to be lightened by dispersing a load of battery cells. CONSTITUTION: A battery module comprises: a plurality of battery cells(10) arranged in one direction; a first and a second end plates(110,120) arranged in an outer side of the battery cell; and a side plate(130), and a bottom plate(140) connecting the first and the second end plates. The first or the second end plates comprise a bent support part(114) overlapping at least a part of the bottom plate. The bent support part is extended from the bottom of the first or the second plate. The extended part of the bent support part is bent to be perpendicular to a direction of the battery cell.
