The present invention relates to a highly moisture-transmissive fiber sheet made of a single-layered fabric, the fiber sheet comprising a highly absorbent polymer evenly applied to the front surface of the fabric; and a water-repellent composition applied to a part of the rear surface of the fabric, thereby forming a water-repellent layer, wherein moisture that contacts the rear surface is quickly absorbed by the water-repellent layer into the highly absorbent polymer on the front surface and is thereby transmitted in one direction.
