摘要 PURPOSE: A simultaneous grout injection method for reinforcing a steel pipe is provided to remarkably reduce components required for reinforcing a steel pipe and to rapidly and easily inject grout into a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous grout injection method for reinforcing a steel pipe is as follows. Multiple pairs of packer fixing rings(50) and packers(60) are arranged at uniform intervals to divide the inside a steel pipe(20) into several spaces(22). Injection holes(42) for expansion of a injection pipe(40) for packer expansion are coupled to the packer fixing rings and the packers. The end of each grout injection pipe(30) is located at each space of the steel pipe. The ground is excavated, and the steel pipe is inserted into the excavated hole. The gap between the steel pipe and the excavated hole is caulked. A grout injection device is inserted into the steel pipe, and the inlet of the steel pipe is caulked. A pump is connected to the injection pipe, and a grout injection pump is connected to each grout injection pipe. The pump is powered to inject a grout material into each packer, and each space is sealed by expanding each packer. The grout injection pump is powered to inject a grout material into each space through the end of each injection pipe.
