RESIN-ENZYME COMPLEX CATALYST AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A resin-enzyme complex catalyst and a preparation method thereof are provided. Said method comprises the steps of: (1) dissolving target enzyme in neutral phosphate buffer solution to obtain solution A with a concentration of 0.2-10 mg/mL; (2) selecting macroporous ion exchange resin as carrier according to isoelectric point of enzyme, (3) mixing solution A and selected resin at room temperature at a ratio of 10-500 mL/g, and (4) taking the resin out, washing with neutral phosphate buffer solution, and drying in the shade. Said method has the advantages of easy operation, easy control, and low loss of enzyme activity. Said resin-enzyme complex catalyst has high stability and good leaching resistance within a wide pH range, and can be used in an aqueous phase.
