<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a capacity of a sealing liquid by reducing a volume of a liquid sealing pump per inhalation amount or per discharge amount, to prevent a blade tip from separating from a liquid face at a side opposite to an apex, and to reduce power for driving. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid sealing pump which inhales and compresses gas by the expansion and reduction of a space surrounded by an air-liquid boundary face of a sealing liquid ring which is generated by turning liquid sealed in a casing by using an impeller and a blade of the impeller, a distance from the tip of the impeller is shortened by shifting the curvature center of the casing at a side opposite to the apex of the liquid sealing pump to the center direction of the impeller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
