<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily comprehend a race situation in almost real time. <P>SOLUTION: A GPS server 20 transmits position information 24 including identification information and actually measured position information of each moving body to each attendance terminal 10, whenever necessary. In each attendance terminal 10, a display screen creation part 14 or the like converts the actually measured position information into coordinates on a screen of a monitor 19, and displays an image indicating each moving body on the coordinates.
