<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch and a patch preparation including an adhesive layer having no occurrence of blooming and having high adhesive strength even when a hydrophobic adhesive layer contains an organic fluid component with high polarity. <P>SOLUTION: The patch includes the adhesive layer on at least one side of a support and the adhesive layer contains a synthetic rubber having a viscosity average molecular weight of 1,700,000-6,500,000, a highly polar organic fluid component, a tackifier, and magnesium aluminometasilicate.
