ENERGY SAVING ADVICE PROVIDING SYSTEM, ENERGY SAVING ADVICE PROVIDING METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an energy saving advice providing system which reliably detects wasteful power consumption of an electric device and provides an administrator of the electric device with advice information enabling the administrator to cut the wasteful power consumption without fail.

SOLUTION: A result of measuring power consumed by each electric device is compared with a waste determination threshold value registered for each electric device in a setting data DB 224. When there is an electric device for which the result satisfies a waste detection trigger condition registered in an association DB 223, which is a condition to detect a wasteful power consumption state of the electric device during the operation period thereof, wasteful power consumption of the electric device is detected. Advice information is extracted from an advice DB 222 in accordance with the details of the waste, the type of the electric device, as well as the operation period of the electric device including the power measurement time at which the waste was detected. The advice information is then sent to a user who is authorized to control the electric device and is registered in a user information DB 221, through a data output interface 4.
