<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model presentation system capable of presenting a replacement-by-purchase model that can improve usability as well as a cost thereof, and further to provide a model presentation program. <P>SOLUTION: A model presentation system 300 comprises: an acquiring section 310 for acquiring information on a phenomenon occurring in a product and model information; a repair charge database 331 for storing a correspondence between the information on the phenomenon and a repair charge; a price database 341 for storing a correspondence between the model information and a price of a replacement-by-purchase model; a failure history database 362 for storing the phenomenon having occurred in the past as a failure history; a phenomenon characteristics correspondence database 361 for storing a correspondence between the failure history of the product and characteristics of the replacement-by-purchase model; a difference amount calculating section 340 for calculating a difference amount between the repair charge and the price thereof for each replacement-by-purchase model based on the information on the phenomenon; a score calculating section 370 for calculating a score for the each replacement-by-purchase model based on the failure history and the characteristics of the replacement-by-purchase model; and an outputting section 380 for outputting the difference amount and the score for the each replacement-by-purchase model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
