<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp mold container improved in appearance as well as quality of the container and to provide a production process thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A first intermediate 41 is obtained by applying a colored thermosetting resin 22 on an entire outer surface of container body 11 made of pulp mold and heat cured to form a colored layer 12 for a start. Then, a plurality of through-holes 14 is formed penetrating through the colored layer 12 of the first intermediate 41 including the container body 11. Thereafter a second intermediate 42 is obtained by inserting the first intermediate 41 bearing the through-holes 14 to a mold 33 on which a suction hole 34 is formed, and sucking a heated non permeable thermoplastic film 25 toward the entire inner surface of container body 11 and sticking the same to the entire inner surface of container body 11 thereby forming a waterproof layer 15. Finally, the production process is finished on pulp mold container 1 by cutting the periphery of second intermediate 42 to a given size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
