<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test tool capable of efficiently performing an energization test of a printed wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: A test tool comprises: first supporting means 18 which is arranged to face one surface of a printed wiring board 4 held at a test position; a first moving mechanism which reciprocally moves the first supporting means 18 in a direction closer to or away from the surface of the printed wiring board 4; second supporting means 54a which is arranged to face one lateral portion of the printed wiring board 4 held at the test position; a second moving mechanism 70a which reciprocally moves the second supporting means 54a in a direction closer to or away from the lateral portion of the printed wiring board 4; and an interlocking mechanism which interlocks the movement of the first supporting means 16 in the direction closer to the surface of the printed wiring board 4 with the movement of the second supporting means 54a in the direction closer to the lateral portion of the printed wiring board 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
