<p>A health caring sole comprises an outsole (1), a midsole (3), a supporting plate (5) and an insole shoe pad (6) which are fixed in sequence from the bottom up. A first groove is set on the bottom surface (31) of said midsole (3), and a built-in midsole (2) is set in the first groove. On the top surface of said midsole (3), there is a through hole (35) located at the heel. An anti-shock plate (4) is located in said through hole (35). Said sole can contact the thenar greatly and also can act on most of the thenar acupoints. That makes the goals which are to have foot massage and to correct bad walking habits achieved. Otherwise, the damping ability of said sole is improved, the pressures on the knees and waist joints are lowered, and the muscle movements of the legs and the hip are increased.</p> |
