<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle motion control apparatus that obtains satisfactory trace performance in a simple configuration in performing overturn prevention control for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle motion control apparatus performs overturn prevention control for preventing overturn of the vehicle by applying braking force to outside turning front and rear wheels of the vehicle M.
