PURPOSE: A prestressed concrete box girder integrated with a steel deck and a construction method of a bridge using the same are provided to remarkably reduce maintenance costs because an additional deck is not required when a bridge upper structure is built. CONSTITUTION: A prestressed concrete box girder(100) integrated with a steel deck comprises a steel deck unit, a PSC(pre-stressed concrete) box member, a shear connector, and a tension member. The steel deck unit is composed of a steel plate and a cross beam. The cross beam is integrally formed on the bottom of the steel plate. The PSC box member is formed by placing concrete on the bottom surface of the steel plate and has a rectangular hollow. The shear connector is integrally protruded from a side plate installed on the inner end of the cross beam. Tensile force is applied to the tension member.
