PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a nanofiber mat having nanofibers is provided to maintain physical property and to prevent reduction of functional inorganic catalyst particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a nanofiber mat containing nanofibers with inorganic catalyst particles attached on the surface comprises a step of electrospinning polymer materials to prepare nanofibers and spraying an inorganic catalyst particle solution on the surface of the nanofibers. The polymer material contains coupling agent. A protection device has a nanofiber mat.
