PURPOSE: An image content providing apparatus using object recognition apparatus and method, and image content management server are provided to effectively offer interesting information to a user by directly capturing a target object in a specific location. CONSTITUTION: A reference image acquisition unit(110) acquires a plurality of reference images and reference photographing condition information. A target image acquisition unit(120) acquires target images and target image photographing condition information. An object recognition unit(130) recognizes the target objects by comparing a plurality of the reference images with a special point of the target image. The object recognition unit compares the reference photographing condition with the target photographing condition information.
