<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a fear of damaging connection structure of a flexible wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device has: an element substrate 20 having wiring; a circuit substrate 50 having a circuit; a flexible wiring board with one end portion thereof disposed so as to superimpose with the element substrate on at lease one side 20a of the element substrate, and connecting the circuit and the wiring; a pressing portion 81 disposed so as to sandwich at lease the flexible wiring board 10 and the element substrate 20, and positioned on an abutting portion positioned on the element substrate 20 side and the flexible wiring board 10 side; an arm portion 83 extending from the abutting portion to the pressing portion 81 side over the element substrate 20 and the flexible wiring board 10; and an elastic portion 84 disposed on the pressing portion 81 side of the arm portion 83, and pressing the pressing portion 81 toward the abutting portion. The elastic portion 84 is a lead spring having a fixed end coupled to the arm portion and a free end abutting on the pressing portion, and the fixed end and the free end are positioned in a line in a direction along the one side 20a of the element substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
