摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion, having a narrow molecular weight distribution, using no organic solvent during dispersion of water, and excellent in physical properties of a dry film thereof, and to provide an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion obtained by the production method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion (Q), which contains polyurethane resin particles (U1) having a volume average particle diameter of 0.005-5 &mu;m, is characterized in that a polyurethane resin (U) having a terminal isocyanate group content of &le;0.2 mmol/g obtained without using an organic solvent is swollen with water at a temperature less than a melting temperature of the polyurethane resin (U), and then is dispersed in water at a temperature less than the melting temperature of the polyurethane resin (U) using a high pressure jet dispersing device (A) as a dispersing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
