<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately mold a synthetic resin molding part in the entire circumference of a glass plate in a form minimized in the deformation and damage of the glass plate. <P>SOLUTION: By using a die 3 including a pair of female and male main dies 30, 31, and an auxiliary die 32 movably combined with either of the pair of main dies 30, 31 in the same direction as a die division direction x of the pair of main dies 30, 31 for partitioning a main die inner space S into an inner space Sa and an outer space Sb surrounding it by a part 32a positioned in the main die inner space S at an advance position, the glass plate 1 is set in the inner space Sa, thereafter a synthetic resin of a primary part 20 constituting the molding part 2 is filled in the outer space Sb, then the auxiliary die 32 is contracted to form a void Sc between the glass plate 1 and the primary part 20; and a synthetic resin of a secondary part 21 constituting the molding part 2 is filled in the void Sc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
