PURPOSE: A wearable safety apparatus for a bicycle rider is provided to enable users to notify their riding position and the change of the riding direction or lanes to other riders or car drivers. CONSTITUTION: A wearable safety apparatus for a bicycle rider comprises the following: a hanging belt(10) mounted on the upper body of the rider; and a controller formed on the rear back of the hanging belt, including safety displaying units(20, 20`) and a power source supplying electricity to lamps on the displaying units, and controlling the lamps on the safety units for notifying the riding position and the left and right movement. The safety display units include a self-position display unit, and left and right movement display units.
