<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform collation related to name identification at high speed in large scale name identification. <P>SOLUTION: An information collation device 1, which collates a plurality of records consisting of a set of values corresponding to items and determines identity, similarity, and relevancy between the records, comprises: a name identification destination DB 112 of a collation destination which stores the plurality of records; a narrowing condition generation unit 121 which, for the values of the items of collation objects included in the records of a collation source, generates narrowing conditions for narrowing the records of the collation destination by ANDing search conditions defined by a search definition 114 representing conditions omitting candidates of the records of the collation destination for which there is at least no possibility of similarity or relevancy and each division condition defined by a division definition 113 representing conditions limiting a collation range of the records of the collation destination; and a search unit 122 searching for the records to be the collation destination from the name identification destination DB 112 of the collation destination on the basis of the generated narrowing conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
