<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector capable of maintaining both of strength of a mold and strength of a housing with a simple shape of the mold. <P>SOLUTION: In a terminal 20, a held part 21 has a leg part 21A extending in a vertical direction along an opposed face of a side wall 13 opposed to a projection wall 12 and exposed to a receiving recess 15, and an elastic arm part 22 extends upward along the projection wall 12 and can be elastically displaced in a lateral direction of a housing 10. A contact part 22A for contacting a mating terminal 40 of a mating connector 2 is formed on an upper end of the elastic arm part 22. A base part 23 extends in the lateral direction along a bottom wall 11. In such an electric connector 1, a leg part 13 of the held part 21 has a lock part 21A-1 projecting toward the receiving recess 15 in the lateral direction, and an upper surface of the base part 23 in a range including a position of the lock part 21A-1 in the lateral direction is exposed to the inside of the receiving recess 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
