FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous-spirituous mixture is mixed with sugar syrup, purified with activated carbon, filtered, kept and fed to pouring. Aromatic alcohol made of cinnamon and tormentil mixture at ratio 1:2 taken at amount 8-10 l is separated for two equal doses and added, respectively, to the mixture before their purification with activated carbon and to vodka before its keeping stage. Vodka has the following components, kg per 1000 dal: tormentil 1.0-1.4; cinnamon 0.5-0.7; sugar 9-11, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka. |
