PURPOSE: A biodegradable double film based on a wood polymer composition(WPC) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to express natural texture such as paper by forming fine irregularities on the surface of the film using wood powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biodegradable double film includes a process in which an outer film and an inner film are combined based on an extrusion blowing method. The outer film is based on a biodegradable WPC and a biodegradable first resin mixture. The inner film is composed of a biodegradable second resin mixture. The biodegradable WPC is composed of wood powder, calcium carbonate, an antibacterial agent, an anti-oxidizing agent, a dispersing agent, a thermal stabilizer, and biodegradable resin. The biodegradable resin is based on polylactic acid, aliphatic polyester-based biodegradable resin, and polyurethane-based biodegradable resin.
