<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out liquid and solid products packaged respectively from a packaging bag of the liquid and the solid products that are packaged. <P>SOLUTION: Such an easy-to-peel multilayer sheet is formed, that an inner layer is layered on an outer layer to be peeled on a peeling plane, as a front surface sheet 1 of front and back surface sheets 1, 2, which are fused together by melting in both-side edge sealed parts 5, 6 and in upper and lower edge sealed parts 9, 10. A circular half cut 19 for forming an open hole is formed on the inner layer so that the outer layer in a peeling area 17 divided by a peeling half cut 16, which is formed on the outer layer of the front surface sheet 1 from the outside surface side thereof, is peeled to form the open hole. Extended part 11, 12 are formed on the outside of the upper edge sealed part 9. A first unsealing half cut 21a for crossing the extended part 11 along the outside edge of the upper edge sealed part 9 is formed at such a depth that the first unsealing half cut reaches the peeling plane from the inside surface side of the front surface sheet 1. A second unsealing half cut 21b extending from the inside edge of the upper edge sealed part 9 along the inside edges of both-side edge sealed parts 5, 6 is formed.
