<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method of a sintering material capable of achieving high yield by suppressing such a phenomenon that the yield of sintered ore drops in a time series, using a bar screen provided with a plurality of bars extending along the flowing down direction of the sintering raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: providing a bar screen 16 provided with a plurality of bars 17-19 which are placed on the downstream side of a charging chute 15 having a space in the width direction thereof and extend along the flowing down direction of a sintering material 11 and in which the space on the downstream side between the bars 17-19 vertically adjacent to each other by a side view is made wider than the space on the upstream side; and charging the sintering material 11 fed from a drum feeder 13 to a palette 14 through the charging chute 15, while classifying the sintering material with the bar screen 16. When the feed amount of the sintering material 11 fed to the palette 14 has varied to be a previously set amount or more, the space on the downstream side between the bars 17-19 vertically adjacent to each other by a side view is made wider or narrower than the space before the feed amount of the sintering material 11 has been increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
